Hello and many thanks for logging on to the Subrideo EFT site. Subrideo EFT forms part of a larger therapy training organisation called Subrideo Training where we specialise in training therapeutic techniques and how to apply them. Let us introduce you to EFT and tell you about how this amazing new energy therapy is changing people's lives.
The principles of EFT aren't new, but are based on the ancient principles of acupuncture. It is a simple tapping procedure that gently realigns the body's energy system, or meridians, without the discomfort of needles.
Unlike other energy healing methods, EFT incorporates an emotional element to the healing process, addressing unresolved emotional issues that often cause physical disease, psychological dysfunction, and affect personal performance limits.
We also know that EFT works well with other therapies such as Reiki and Hypnotherapy and we have seen EFT produce some amazing and sometimes unbelievable results.
Subrideo offers courses that are run by practicing therapists who see clients on a regular basis. It is due to this that we can provide real world experience in our training courses, sharing with you the most up to date therapeutic techniques.
